PAUL SCHLACK PRIZE 2024 - Call for applications


CIRFS is thrilled to announce that applications for the Paul Schlack Prize 2024 are now open!

Inspired by Paul Schlack's groundbreaking creation of Polyamide 6, this prize supports visionary and exceptional researchers in the field of man-made fibres.

The Paul Schlack Prize is dedicated to promoting innovations in man-made fibre research at universities and research institutes.

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Researchers who have completed a diploma thesis or dissertation.
  • Applicants should be in the early stages of their academic careers, either before their dissertation or within a maximum of 8 years after completing it.
  • Candidates must demonstrate one or more publications as the first author in peer-reviewed journals related to the subject under consideration.
