General Assembly

All CIRFS full members are represented at its General Assembly, which meets twice a year, and decides CIRFS policies. Associate members participate in the main annual meeting.

Board

The Board consists of 11 representatives, appointed by the General Assembly, to meet regularly in the intervals between the General Assembly meetings. It is headed by a President, chosen from among the CEOs of the full members. The President serves for a period of three years.

The current CIRFS President is Mr Arnaud Closson (Indorama Ventures).
